Crafted for centuries, Whisky is Scotland’s national drink and is enjoyed across the globe. The earliest record of distillation in Scotland occurred as long ago as 1494, as documented in the Exchequer Rolls, which were records of royal income and expenditure. The spirit can’t be called Scotch until it has aged in Scotland for at least three years. However, we specialise in the older and rarer malts, and in particular single malts from ‘silent’ distilleries which are now closed due to the downturn in the 1980’s. We are adding new rare malts every week and you will find some bottles in our shop that you will not get in other online shops. So if it’s for drinking, collecting or investing, you have come to the right place.
