TASTING. NOTES

Colour: Pale Gold

Nose: Sweet vanilla and wood with a distinct smokiness and a hint of TCP (a medical antiseptic with a characteristic smell).

Palate: Burst of pepper, spice and iodine with flavours of salt and smoke.

Finish: Long rich with waves of smoke and pepper.
